GogoLearn is an independent educational technology platform designed to support nursing students in academic preparation. We collect only the information necessary to provide account access, platform functionality, and payment processing. This includes your email address, display name, and password (stored in hashed form), or equivalent profile details if you sign in with Google (under Google’s terms for that sign-in flow). You may optionally provide educational details such as course or semester where the product allows it.

We may also collect information related to your transactions (for example subscription purchases, one-time credit packs, and exports) and general usage analytics (such as feature usage and quota consumption) so we can operate, secure, and improve the service.

We store and process content that you save within the Revise notebook feature and any content you submit for AI-assisted generation in the Learn, Create, and Think pillars (for example case studies, care plans, health-teaching prompts, materials-based drafts, case presentation decks, exam-focused notes, viva prompts, and topics for practice questions). If you upload study materials (such as PDFs or pasted text), we store and process those files to run the features you request (including Create and Think). For educational use, use fictional or de-identified scenarios where possible and avoid including real patient names, identifiers, or genuine clinical records in prompts or uploads.

We also record limited usage information such as which features are used and how many Learn or Create AI generations, Think AI generations, Think practice sets, or PDF exports have been consumed, so that we can enforce plan limits and keep the service running reliably.

We use session cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to protect your account. Payment processing is handled by third‑party payment processors such as Razorpay; we do not store your full card details on our servers. Transactional emails (such as verification and password reset) are sent via a third‑party email provider. When you use AI features, your prompts and related text may be sent to an external AI service solely to generate the requested content.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data and account information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We may share your information with service providers strictly to operate the platform (for example: payment processors, hosting providers, email delivery providers, analytics, and AI generation providers). Where a third‑party collects your data directly (for example via a payment checkout), that third‑party’s policies apply to their collection and processing.

If you sign up using a referral link, we associate your account with the referrer so that any applicable referral credit can be applied. Referral partners may be able to see that a referral registration or purchase occurred for accounting purposes, but they do not receive access to your full account data or study content.

Your Data Rights

Where required or permitted by applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and similar data protection regimes), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can do so by contacting us at support.gogolearn@gmail.com. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law. Some data (for example payment or transaction records) may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or regulatory reasons even after your account is closed.

We may update these terms and policies from time to time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Educational Purpose

This platform is designed solely as an educational and study aid for nursing students and learners. All content provided on GogoLearn — including case studies, care plans, health-teaching content, explanations, scenarios, practice questions, viva prompts, study notes, Create tools (such as drafts from your materials), and other tools in the Learn, Create, Think, and Revise pillars — is intended for academic learning and examination preparation only.

No Medical Advice

The content available on this platform does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations and must not be used for patient care, clinical decision‑making, or emergency situations. You must not use GogoLearn as a substitute for professional judgement, institutional protocols, or licensed medical guidance.

AI-Assisted Content

Some content on this platform is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. This includes, for example, AI‑drafted case studies, care plans, nursing process notes, materials-based Create outputs, case presentation outlines, viva and exam‑style practice questions, and structured study notes. AI‑generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information and should always be verified using textbooks, faculty guidance, institutional protocols, and official curriculum materials.

GogoLearn does not guarantee the correctness, reliability, or suitability of any AI‑generated output. You remain responsible for how you use and interpret all content.

User Responsibility & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before relying on it for academic or professional purposes. You must keep your account credentials secure, not share your password, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

To access or use the platform, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated.

You agree not to use GogoLearn to violate exam rules, academic integrity policies, or any applicable law. You must not misuse the platform (for example by attempting to attack the service, upload illegal content, or harass others). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Third‑Party Links

The platform may contain links to third‑party websites or services. When you access those links, you are subject to the third‑party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party content or practices.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GogoLearn and its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or misuse of the platform; (b) your violation of these terms or any applicable law; (c) your violation of academic integrity policies, institutional rules, or third‑party rights (including intellectual property); (d) content you create, upload, or submit; or (e) your use of platform content in a clinical or professional context contrary to these terms. This includes, without limitation, claims arising if you submit AI‑generated content as your own work, are found to have breached academic integrity or plagiarism rules, or bring or threaten claims against GogoLearn for career or other harm. You agree that you will reimburse GogoLearn for its reasonable legal fees and costs incurred in defending any such claim. This obligation survives termination of your account.

Independent Educational Platform

GogoLearn is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any educational institution, licensing body, or curriculum authority. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with your institution's policies and academic integrity requirements.

Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the personal notes, prompts, and study content you create and save in GogoLearn. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of operating the service for you (for example, saving your Revise notebooks, showing recent Learn or Create drafts, or enforcing usage limits).

The GogoLearn platform itself — including the app design, interface, branding, and non‑user content — is owned by GogoLearn and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform or generated outputs as a commercial product. AI‑assisted drafts and exports are provided for your personal academic use only.

You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content you create, upload, or submit (including notes, prompts, and Revise notebooks). GogoLearn acts as a hosting and platform provider and is not obligated to monitor all user content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that is reported or that we reasonably believe violates applicable law, these terms, or third‑party rights. We are not liable for user‑generated content; to the extent permitted by law, we operate as a passive intermediary in respect of such content.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." GogoLearn expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free; that defects will be corrected; or that results or content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the platform is at your sole risk.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation of the platform, and temporary outages or restrictions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for loss of data, lost study time, or any consequences of service unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GogoLearn and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance on any content.

In no event shall GogoLearn's total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to GogoLearn in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of networks, third‑party services, payment systems, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Shillong, Meghalaya shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or the platform.

Payments, Subscriptions & Exports

Paid features are offered as Premium (₹199 per month) and Premium Plus (₹299 per month when checkout is available) auto‑renewing subscriptions, and as optional one‑time purchases at ₹49 such as Learn or Create AI credit packs, PDF export packs (each pack adds a fixed number of export credits), and Think practice set packs (each pack adds a fixed number of practice sets). All prices are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taxes, if applicable, are handled according to Razorpay and applicable law and may appear on your payment receipt. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All purchases are digital services; no physical goods are delivered.

Compared with the free trial, paid plans include higher monthly limits for Learn AI, Create AI, and Think (AI generations and practice sets). Premium allows more Revise notebook items than the free tier; Premium Plus allows unlimited Revise items while the subscription is active. The app shows your current limits and usage.

Where auto‑renewing subscriptions are available (for example Premium or Premium Plus monthly plans), your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle in INR until you cancel through Razorpay or the cancellation process described in the app or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not typically refund the current period unless required by law. You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged.

PDF export (for example of case studies, care plans, or Revise notebooks) works as follows: on the free plan, exports generally require export credits from export packs (or other credits the product shows in your account). Each export pack typically adds a fixed number of PDF exports (shown at purchase), and unused pack credits may expire after a limited time if not used. Each successful PDF export typically consumes one credit. Premium subscribers can export without buying pack credits, but PDF exports are subject to a lifetime total cap while the Premium subscription stays active (the app shows how many you have left). Premium Plus subscribers receive unlimited PDF exports while their subscription is active. Exported documents are for your personal academic use only and must not be resold or widely redistributed.

Due to the digital nature of the service, purchases are generally non‑refundable once access to Premium, Premium Plus, or purchased credits has been granted, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise in the Refund & Cancellation policy below.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made on GogoLearn. Because we provide digital services (subscriptions and credits), eligibility may depend on whether access has been granted or the service has been consumed.

• Cancellation window: cancellation requests are considered only if submitted within 1 day of purchase.
• After consumption: if Premium or Premium Plus access, exports, or credits have already been used or substantially consumed, we may decline cancellation/refund except where required by law.
• Refund processing: if a refund is approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 1 business day; actual settlement time may vary depending on Razorpay, banks, and payment networks.
• Support: to request a cancellation or refund, email us with your registered email and transaction details at support.gogolearn@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of eligible purchases by writing to support.gogolearn@gmail.com from your registered email with transaction details.

• Cancellation requests are considered only if submitted within 1 day of purchase.
• If Premium or Premium Plus access, exports, or credits have already been used or substantially consumed, cancellation may be declined except where required by law.
• For recurring subscriptions, cancellation applies to future billing cycles and does not usually reverse completed billing periods unless required by law.

Referral Programme

GogoLearn may offer a referral programme where eligible users can share referral links to introduce new users to the platform. Referral rewards or credits may be granted when a qualifying sign‑up or purchase occurs through a referral link. Referral terms, eligibility, rewards, and payout methods may be modified or discontinued at any time.
